How much does Gelato charge for shipping?

A Gildan 5000 tee ships for $4.99 to US buyers and £3.25 to UK buyers; a museum-quality poster for $4.90 and £4.68. Gelato+ doesn’t lower shipping.

Does Gelato accept returns?

Only for its own faults: Gelato checks quality claims and replaces or refunds the ones it confirms. There’s no returns address, so change-of-mind returns follow your own policy, and your buyers contact you, not Gelato.

Does Gelato work with Etsy and Shopify?

Yes. Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and BigCommerce connect directly, and TikTok Shop does for US and UK shops. You can also order by hand without a store, or through its REST API and webhooks.

Does Gelato send free samples?

No. You order your own design at the normal price; new accounts get 30% off the first sample’s product cost, up to €50, within 48 hours of signing up. The partner Gelato picks for your address makes the sample, so orders for buyers in other countries may come from a different partner.

What if a poster or canvas arrives late?

Gelato promises delivery within 5 business days for posters, framed posters, canvas, cards, calendars and photobooks. If one arrives more than 5 business days late, it refunds 20% of the order value; more than 10, the whole order. The guarantee covers the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, mainland only: not Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or the islands and remote areas it lists. US orders need Standard shipping or faster and Australian orders Express. Peak-season deadlines apply, strikes and extreme weather are excluded, and a wrong address can void it. Apparel and mugs have no late-delivery guarantee.

Can I put my brand on Gelato orders?

Parcels go out plain, with your store as the sender and no Gelato invoice, but your logo can’t go on the shipping label. Supported tees such as the Gildan 5000 take a printed neck label. Insert cards and parcel stickers need Gelato+ and cover only selected posters; mugs, canvas, phone cases and the Gildan 18500 hoodie ship with neither.

Is there a minimum order or setup fee?

Neither. Embroidery adds a one-time digitising fee for each embroidery area of a new design.
