Custom blankets use sublimation to bond full-surface designs into polyester-face fabrics. Three material tiers offer different weight and feel: micro-fleece is the lightest tier, velveteen offers a plush velvety texture, and sherpa-lined blankets pair a printed front with a thick, fluffy reverse side.
Sublimation covers the entire print face with edge-to-edge artwork — the dye becomes part of the fiber, so designs survive repeated machine washing without fading, cracking, or peeling. Blankets are commonly used for gifting collections and often merchandised seasonally. Size options typically span throw, twin, and queen.
