Cheapest in Australia, but rarely made there

Fourthwall picks the partner printer for every order, and you can’t choose or lock one. What it makes in Australia typically arrives sooner; what doesn’t say where it’s made typically takes longer, and that’s where most of its low prices are.

A Gildan 5000 tee takes 14–16 days. Prodigi’s takes 4–7 days.

Its partners print in the US, UK, EU, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Japan, and a sample can come from a different one than your buyers’ orders. UK buyers get 53 products from the UK, typically in 4–6 days; the other 98 take 7–11 days.

    Fourthwall says you own your shop’s customer data and brand, and it won’t market to your supporters or sell their information. TikTok Shop orders come without buyer emails.

Does Fourthwall work with Etsy or Shopify?

No. It doesn’t import Etsy, Shopify or WooCommerce orders, and its Etsy connection isn’t live yet. A Shopify or WordPress site can link to or embed your Fourthwall products, with checkout on Fourthwall. Any other outside order needs custom code on its beta API.

Can I sell on TikTok Shop?

Yes, on any plan, if your TikTok Shop is registered in the US. Products, orders and tracking sync; TikTok pays you, and Fourthwall charges you for production and shipping. Shops registered in the UK, EU or anywhere else can’t connect yet.

Is Fourthwall free?

Yes. The Free plan has no monthly fee and takes no cut of merch sales: the product cost comes out of each sale, plus card processing of 2.9% + 30¢ (3.9% + 30¢ for international cards). Digital products and memberships carry a 5% fee. New shops can list up to 50 products.

When is Fourthwall Pro worth it?

When you need more than 50 products, or sell enough downloads. Pro costs $19 a month or $180 a year, allows 500 products and drops the digital fee from 5% to 0%: that covers its price from $380 of digital sales a month ($300 billed yearly). It doesn’t change product prices.

Does Fourthwall accept returns?

Only for faults. Fourthwall answers your buyers itself, and a defect reported within 30 days is replaced at no cost. Every item is made to order, so change-of-mind and wrong-size returns aren’t accepted.

Can I add my own branding?

Every order ships with a packing slip carrying your shop’s name, logo and email. Printful-made T‑shirts, hoodies and phone cases can add an insert card for $0.25 an order, and the Gildan 5000 tee takes a printed inside label. Mugs, wall art and stickers get no insert, and packaging can’t be customised.

Can I order samples?

Yes, at manufacturing cost in US dollars, plus shipping. Pro adds $10 of sample credit a month, which builds up for as long as you stay on Pro.

Can Fourthwall move my existing shop?

Yes. Its support team helps creators move a site over from another platform.
