More details
Construction & Material
The Bella+Canvas 3200 is a 3/4 sleeve baseball tee at 3.6 oz. The 52/48 Airlume combed cotton-polyester blend with raglan sleeves creates the classic baseball tee silhouette without extending to full long-sleeve coverage. Side-seamed construction and tear-away label are standard.
Fit & Print Compatibility
Retail fit with 3/4 length raglan sleeves. The raglan construction means the sleeve seam runs from the neckline to the underarm rather than at the shoulder, which affects print placement for shoulder-area designs. Supports Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF), and Screen Printing. The 48% polyester content introduces dye migration risk with DTG on dark colors.
Fabric Blend Considerations
At 52/48 cotton-polyester, the 3200 sits near the threshold where dye migration becomes a factor for DTG printing on dark garments. DTF transfers are less affected by the polyester content. The cotton-poly blend is lighter than many 100% cotton baseball tees and has a different substrate profile for DTG than all-cotton options.
Buyer FAQ
Common questions
- What is raglan sleeve construction?
- Raglan sleeves run from the neckline to the underarm in a diagonal seam, rather than meeting at the shoulder. This creates the classic baseball tee silhouette.
- Does the 3200 have dye migration issues?
- The 48% polyester content creates dye migration risk with DTG on dark colors. DTF transfers are less affected.
- How does the raglan cut affect printing?
- The raglan seam runs from neckline to underarm, so shoulder-area designs cross the seam. Chest prints are unaffected.
