Construction & Material
The AS Colour 5052 uses 100% carded cotton at 200 GSM with tubular construction — making it the only tubular-knit tee in the AS Colour range. Tubular construction means the fabric is knit in a continuous tube rather than cut and sewn at the sides.
Carded yarn produces a coarser, more textured fabric than the combed ring-spun used in the Staple and Box lines. This gives the 5052 a more textured cotton surface than the combed ring-spun Staple and Box lines. The oversized fit provides a loose, dropped-shoulder silhouette.
Print Compatibility
Compatible with DTG, DTF, and screen print. The 100% cotton fabric absorbs DTG ink well. The carded yarn surface may produce slightly less sharp DTG print detail compared to combed ring-spun alternatives at similar weights.
