The parcel should carry only your brand
No invoice, prices or Inkthreadable name in the box. Printed neck labels fit most T‑shirts, but not fleece-lined hoodies, sweatshirts or children’s clothing. Your own inserts and branded packaging can’t be added.

Does Inkthreadable accept returns?
Only for faults. A faulty item is replaced or refunded at its cost from your photos, usually without sending it back, and the replacement can go straight to your buyer. Change-of-mind returns can’t go back to Inkthreadable, so set your own policy and return address.
Does it work with Etsy and Shopify?
Yes. Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy and Wix stores connect directly and send orders to print automatically. TikTok Shop connects for UK shops.
Can I order samples?
Yes, of any design, at the normal price. Blank garments aren’t sold. Newsletter subscribers get a 10% sample code each month.
Is there a minimum order or setup fee?
Neither, though embroidery can add a one-time digitising charge for a new design. 25 or more of one design to one address is a bulk order, arranged by email.
Who pays VAT?
With a UK billing address, you pay 20% VAT on every order, shipping and US duty included; children’s clothing has none. Billed from outside the UK, you pay it only on UK deliveries. Everything is charged in pounds.
Is there an API?
Yes, free. It creates and tracks orders, checks stock and requests embroidery digitising. Its documentation offers no sandbox, webhooks or price quotes. Orders can also go in by CSV.
