The CSJ10 has a 100% polyester oxford outer shell with a 300-denier specification. Denier describes yarn linear density, rather than fabric weight or the mass of a finished parka. The diamond-quilted insulation has separate specifications: 5.2-ounce body polyfill and 3.5-ounce hood and sleeve polyfill.
The hood can be removed using snaps, and the front has four bellowed pockets. Embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer are supported, including DTF as a heat-transfer process. The decoration guidance calls for low-cure polyester inks and transfer adhesives suited to the coated shell, with bleed blockers.
Care instructions specify cold machine washing without fabric softener and low tumble drying. Use a cool iron if necessary; do not dry clean.
