The Gildan SF500 is a pullover hoodie in 80% ring-spun cotton / 20% polyester at 8.4 oz. The higher cotton ratio (80% vs 50%) compared to the Heavy Blend 18500 supports DTG ink absorption. Ring-spun yarn provides a smoother print surface than the open-end yarn in the Heavy Blend line.
