More details

Fabric & Construction

The Sport-Tek ST350 uses 100% polyester interlock at 3.8 oz — a lightweight polyester interlock knit with a smooth, opaque surface on both sides. Interlock construction provides a cleaner print surface than single-knit jerseys. Set-in sleeve construction with crew neckline and tear-away label for custom rebranding.

Print Compatibility

Compatible with DTG, DTF, and screen print. The smooth polyester interlock surface accommodates all three methods. DTG on 100% polyester requires synthetic-compatible ink formulations. The PosiCharge technology is recorded as a color-lock attribute on the polyester fabric.

Buyer FAQ

Common questions

What is PosiCharge technology on the ST350?
PosiCharge is Sport-Tek color-lock technology recorded for this polyester fabric.
What print methods work on the Sport-Tek ST350?
DTG, DTF, and screen print. The smooth polyester interlock surface works with all three, though DTG on polyester requires synthetic-compatible inks.
Does the ST350 have a removable label?
Yes. The tear-away label can be removed for custom rebranding with relabeling or tagless heat transfers.
How does polyester interlock differ from polyester jersey?
Interlock is a double-knit construction that produces a smooth, opaque surface on both sides. Jersey is a single-knit that is thinner and has a distinct face and back side.
