The Next Level 6710 uses a 50/25/25 polyester-cotton-rayon tri-blend at 4.3 oz. The cotton component uses combed ring-spun yarn, which produces a smoother fabric surface than open-end alternatives.
The polyester majority (50%) means DTG ink absorption is reduced compared to cotton-heavy blends — lighter ink deposits may be necessary. The fabric's heathered, marled appearance is a natural characteristic of tri-blend construction.
