Material & Construction

The Gildan 64000B is the youth version of the Softstyle line, using 100% ring-spun cotton at 4.3 oz. Ring-spun yarn produces a smoother fabric surface than the open-end yarn used in the Heavy Cotton (5000B) and Ultra Cotton (2000B) youth tees, providing a finer print surface for DTG applications.

Side-seamed construction provides a different side-body layout than the tubular construction used in Gildan's other youth tees.

Print Compatibility

Compatible with DTG, DTF, and screen print. The ring-spun cotton surface provides a smoother print area than the open-end alternatives in Gildan's youth range.
