The Gildan 64000 Softstyle uses ring-spun yarn and a 4.3 oz fabric weight. That makes it lighter than the 5.3 oz Gildan 5000. Ring-spinning creates a smoother yarn than open-end spinning, but the yarn alone does not guarantee a particular print result.
Solids are cotton, while Sport Grey, Antique Heathers and other heathers use cotton-polyester blends. The body is tubular with a classic fit and tear-away label. DTG, DTF, embroidery and screen printing are supported; see the DTG vs DTF guide to compare those print processes.

No. Solids are cotton; Sport Grey and Antique Heathers are 90/10 cotton-polyester, while other heathers use 35% cotton and 65% polyester.
Does the Gildan 64000 have a tear-away label?
Yes. The neck label can be removed for custom branding. The shirt also has a tubular body with no side seams.
