More details

Construction & Material

The Bella+Canvas 3413 is a tri-blend tee at 3.8 oz — the lightest in the Bella+Canvas lineup. The 50/25/25 polyester/cotton/rayon blend creates a heathered visual texture and a different fiber profile than 100% cotton tees. Polyester is the largest fiber share, with cotton and rayon making up the remainder of the blend.

Side-seamed construction and tear-away label are consistent with the broader Bella+Canvas platform. Retail fit runs slimmer than classic-fit blanks.

Print Compatibility & Dye Migration

Supports Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF), and Screen Printing. Embroidery is not available for this style. The poly-dominant blend introduces dye migration risk with DTG printing on dark-colored garments — polyester dyes can bleed through the print over time, especially with heat exposure. Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are less susceptible to this issue since the film acts as a barrier. Sellers printing on dark tri-blend colors should factor in dye migration when choosing print method.

Buyer FAQ

Common questions

Does the Bella+Canvas 3413 have dye migration issues?
The 50% polyester content creates dye migration risk with DTG on dark colors. DTF transfers are less affected since the film acts as a barrier.
What fabric blend does the Bella+Canvas 3413 use?
The 3413 uses a 50/25/25 polyester, Airlume cotton, and rayon tri-blend at 3.8 oz, unlike the 100% cotton 3001.
What print methods work with the Bella+Canvas 3413?
Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF), and Screen Printing. No Embroidery support.
How does the tri-blend fabric affect print quality?
The heathered texture from the poly/cotton/rayon blend creates a vintage-look print effect. DTG prints appear slightly muted compared to smooth 100% cotton surfaces due to the mixed fiber absorption.
