Material & Construction
The AS Colour 5100 uses 80/20 cotton-polyester fleece at 290 GSM, making it the lightest sweatshirt in the AS Colour range. Combed ring-spun yarn produces a smooth exterior surface.
Regular fit with raglan sleeves gives it a less relaxed silhouette than the Relax and Heavy lines. Side-seamed construction with tear-away label.
Print Compatibility
Compatible with DTG, DTF, embroidery, and screen print. The 80% cotton content provides sufficient ink absorption for DTG. Raglan sleeve seams mean the shoulder seam sits differently than set-in sleeves, which can affect shoulder print placement.
Buyer FAQ
Common questions
- What weight is the AS Colour 5100?
- 290 GSM cotton-polyester fleece. The lightest sweatshirt in the AS Colour range, sitting below the 320 GSM Relax and 400 GSM Heavy lines.
- What are raglan sleeves on the AS Colour 5100?
- Raglan sleeves run from the neckline to the underarm in a diagonal seam, rather than a vertical shoulder seam. This affects shoulder print placement.
- What print methods work with the AS Colour 5100?
- DTG, DTF, embroidery, and screen print. The cotton-dominant blend supports all standard POD print methods.
- How does the 5100 compare to the 5160 Relax Crew?

- Is the AS Colour 5100 side-seamed?
- Yes. Side-seamed construction with combed ring-spun yarn for a smooth, refined exterior.
