The YST5100 combines open-hole polyester mesh on the outside with a separate polyester tricot lining. The two fabric weights apply to those components: 3.4 oz for the outer mesh and 2.5 oz for the lining.
The shorts have an elastic waistband and no drawcord. A tear-away label can be removed. Sport-Tek lists screen printing and heat transfer for this model.
