More details

Material & Yarn

The Jerzees 443M is the only 100% cotton product in the Jerzees lineup, and the only one using ring-spun yarn. At 6.5 oz, the piqué knit fabric is midweight with a textured surface characteristic of polo construction. Ring-spun cotton produces a finer, smoother fiber than open-end alternatives, which translates to a cleaner print surface for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) applications.

Construction & Decoration

Regular fit with a polo neckline and short sleeves. The tagless label (rather than tear-away) provides a cleaner neck finish out of the box, eliminating the need to remove a manufacturer tag. Embroidery is listed as the primary decoration method, which is standard for polo shirts where left-chest logo placement is common. The 100% cotton composition also makes this blank well-suited to DTG printing, as cotton fibers absorb water-based pigment inks more effectively than polyester blends. Screen Printing is supported as well.
