The Printstar 00102 is a crew-neck long-sleeve tee in 100% cotton 17/- jersey at 5.6 oz (190 gsm). It shares the same carded cotton fabric as the short-sleeve 00085 but uses tubular construction — the fabric is knit in a continuous tube rather than cut and sewn at the sides. Tubular knitting reduces manufacturing cost but can shift more than side-seamed blanks.
Carded yarn retains more short fibers than combed yarn, producing a slightly more textured fabric surface. At 190 gsm this sits firmly in the heavyweight tier — denser than retail-tier 4.2 oz blanks.
Fit & Print Compatibility
Regular fit with a standard crew neck silhouette. The long sleeves provide year-round wearability and expanded print area on the arms. Tear-away label allows custom branding. Compatible with DTG, DTF, and screen print — the 100% cotton composition provides good ink absorption for DTG applications.
