The Threadfast 320H uses a 65% cotton / 25% recycled polyester / 10% polyester blend at 8.5 oz. At 8.5 oz this is a heavyweight fleece, above midweight 6–7 oz options.
Construction & Fit
Side-seamed construction eliminates the center fold found in tubular-knit blanks and helps keep body panels aligned. The retail fit is trimmer than classic-fit hoodies. The hooded neckline with pullover design is the standard hoodie configuration. Tear-away label allows custom branding.
Print Compatibility
Compatible with Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF), Embroidery, and Screen Printing. The cotton-dominant blend (65% cotton) provides adequate ink absorption for DTG, though the 35% polyester content may require adjusted pretreatment compared to 100% cotton blanks. The heavyweight fleece surface supports Embroidery, with the dense fabric providing stable backing for stitch work.
