Material & Construction
The Cotton Heritage Y2550 is a youth-sized fleece hoodie in 7.0 oz 3-end fleece with a 100% cotton face. It shares the same cotton-faced fleece technology as the adult M2580, but at a lighter 7.0 oz weight (vs 8.5 oz) and scaled for youth sizing. The cotton face puts cotton on the print surface, giving DTG inks a proper fiber to bond with on a blended garment.
Side-seamed construction and ring-spun yarn are consistent with the adult fleece line. The tear-away label allows custom branding. Regular fit with a hooded neckline and kangaroo pocket.
Print Compatibility
Compatible with Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF), Embroidery, and Screen Printing. The cotton face provides the same DTG advantage as the adult hoodies. Youth sizing means smaller print areas, so designs may need to be scaled down from adult templates. Embroidery works well on the fleece body for logo placements.
