The Cotton Heritage M2635 is the heaviest fleece in the Cotton Heritage lineup at 10.0 oz, using a 60/40 cotton-polyester blend with the signature 100% cotton face. The higher polyester content (40% vs 35% in the M2580) adds structural rigidity to support the oversized box silhouette without sagging. At 10.0 oz, this is a genuinely heavyweight fleece, noticeably denser than the 8.5 oz M2580 standard hoodie.
The cotton-faced construction remains the same: cotton yarns on the exterior, polyester on the interior. DTG inks still bond to a pure cotton surface despite the blended composition. Ring-spun yarn and side-seamed construction are consistent with the rest of the line.
Fit & Print Compatibility
Oversized box fit with a boxy, dropped-shoulder silhouette. This is a streetwear-oriented cut, wider and shorter in the body than the regular-fit M2580. The larger front panel area created by the oversized fit gives more room for full-chest prints. Compatible with DTG, DTF, Embroidery, and Screen Printing. Tear-away label for custom branding.
