Other areas require a different quote; new-design digitisation is separate. Gelato charges digitisation once per embroidery area for a design; reorders of the same product and design with the same thread colours and placement carry no new fee. A colour change, or moving the design to a different embroidery area such as chest to sleeve, needs a new digitised file. Files made for apparel or bags work only on apparel and bags; hat and cap files work only on hats. Includes Embroidery placement: Front.

New-design setup, not included: image USD 6.50 per design and embroidery area; text only USD 3.95 per design and embroidery area. The applicable fee depends on your design. Quoted by Gelato's fee service for US in USD as requested on 2026-10-28; the currency Gelato prices it in locally is not established. Charged per embroidery area. An area holding both an image and text is charged the image fee. Non-refundable once the order reaches Digitization status, even if the order is cancelled later (Gelato embroidery FAQ, support.gelato.com article 8996222). Quantity application and extra tax/duty are not calculated.
