Price for a compatible design Printful has already digitised and can reuse for this configuration. Printful reuses a digitised file only for the same embroidery type (flat, 3D puff or partial 3D puff) and the same product type. Digitised files stay with Printful: they cannot be downloaded, and files digitised elsewhere are not accepted. Includes one standard-size flat embroidery placement. New-design setup, not included: standard design USD 6.50 per design; text only USD 3.95 per design; hat back or side USD 2.95 per design; adjustment USD 2.95 per design. The applicable fee depends on your design. Applies to an image or logo design that Printful has not yet digitised for this embroidery type and product type. Billed once per digitised file; each embroidery type needs its own file. Printful waives digitisation when one order holds 25 or more embroidery products (printful.com/embroidery-digitizing, read 2026-10-21). That waiver is not applied to this price. New-design digitisation has no separate charge. Printify digitises each unique combination of design, product type and size once; a later order of the same combination skips it, and a first order can add up to 36 hours before production. Resizing, repositioning, rotating or changing the proportions of a design is digitised again, also at no charge. Printify embroidery uses a 15-colour thread palette with up to six colours per design, and does not accept your own stitch files (DST, PES, EXP).
