The Bella+Canvas 1010 is a women's micro-rib baby tee at 5.4 oz — significantly heavier than the 3.7 oz 1201. The 52/48 Airlume combed cotton-polyester blend in micro-rib knit provides more structure and opacity than the lighter 1201 while maintaining the body-hugging baby tee silhouette. Side-seamed construction and tear-away label are standard.

Slim fit with a cropped length and crew neckline. Supports Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF), and Screen Printing — one more method than the lighter 1201. The heavier 5.4 oz fabric provides a more stable print surface than the 3.7 oz 1201.

Fabric Blend Considerations

The 48% polyester content introduces dye migration risk with DTG on dark colors. DTF transfers are less affected by the polyester content. The cotton-poly blend provides better shape retention than 100% cotton alternatives at this weight.
