The Yupoong 1501KC is a cuffed knit beanie in 100% hypoallergenic acrylic with a plain knit pattern. It shares the same material composition as the Yupoong 1500. Hypoallergenic acrylic is processed to minimize skin irritation, a consideration for direct-to-consumer POD products.
Cuff Design
The fold-up cuff is the defining feature and the primary embroidery placement zone. Cuffed beanies provide a flat, double-layered band that stabilizes fabric during the embroidery process. The cuff height determines the maximum design area available for decoration.
Print Compatibility
