The CornerStone CSV405 uses 100% polyester oxford with a mesh back inset and dyed-to-match binding. It has a molded zipper, two chest pockets and two lower pockets.
The ANSI 107 Class 2 Mesh Back Safety Vest has 2-inch reflective tape. CornerStone specifies that the garment must be fully zipped for ANSI/ISEA 107 compliance. The care instructions prohibit bleaching, ironing and dry cleaning, and specify tumble drying low.
SanMar lists embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer; DTF is also supplier-supported. Its polyester needs controlled heat during decoration. Screen printing calls for low-cure poly inks, while heat transfer calls for low-cure adhesive; bleed blockers may also be needed.
