All-over print (AOP) products use sublimation to cover the entire surface edge-to-edge, unlike standard printing which stays within a defined print area. This cross-cutting category spans apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, leggings), accessories, and home goods.
The key split is construction method. Cut-and-sew AOP prints flat fabric panels before assembly, achieving seamless seam-to-seam coverage. Pre-made AOP prints on already-assembled garments, which can leave white lines at seams. Material matters too — 100% polyester produces the most vibrant sublimation output, with color intensity dropping as cotton content increases.
