The Sport-Tek ST254 uses 65% cotton / 35% polyester fleece at 9 oz — a heavyweight construction with combed ring-spun yarn. Ring-spun yarn produces a smoother, more uniform surface than open-end cotton, which improves DTG print quality. The 65% cotton content provides the natural fiber base that DTG inks bond with effectively. Hooded neckline with set-in sleeve construction and tagless interior.
Print Compatibility
Compatible with DTG, DTF, embroidery, and screen print — the widest print method range among Sport-Tek's outerwear. The cotton-dominant blend makes this one of the few Sport-Tek products well-suited to DTG, where the cotton fibers absorb water-based pigment inks directly.
