More details
Material & Construction
The Beechfield B58 is a structured 6-panel cap in 100% heavy cotton drill. Cotton drill is a dense, twill-weave fabric that is heavier and more rigid than standard cotton twill. The structured construction maintains crown shape, providing a firm surface for embroidery and DTG decoration.
Profile & Closure
Low-profile crown with a pre-curved brim and buckle closure. This is the only structured cap in Beechfield's low-profile dad hat range — the B653, B655, and B682 are all unstructured.
Print Compatibility
Compatible with embroidery and DTG. The structured panels hold shape during embroidery for clean stitch placement. The heavy cotton drill absorbs DTG ink well, with denser fabric reducing ink bleed.
